How we handle your information
This notice explains what Helena Wholesale Distributions Inc ("Helena Wholesale", "we") collects through helenawholesale.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
We collect information only when you choose to file a Manifest (our inquiry form). That includes the side you are filing as (Supplier or Buyer), your company name, contact name, email address and, if you provide them, your phone number, city and state, a description of goods, expected volume, preferred contact method and notes. Each Manifest is given a reference number.
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
How we use it
We use the information in your Manifest only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss doing business with you. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Who processes it
Manifests are delivered to our office inbox by FormSubmit, a form-to-email relay service, and arrive in our Gmail account, so your information is also processed by Google. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, and fonts are served by Google Fonts. These providers may process technical data such as your IP address as part of delivering their services.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and, if we do business together, for as long as our business records require.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Call us at 406-439-9079 or write to us at the address below, quoting your Manifest reference number if you have one.
